No. Terminia is a web app — it works in your browser on desktop, phone, and tablet. You can add it as an icon on your phone.

Four ways: PIN code, QR scan, NFC card, or manual list. The trainer chooses which method to use.

Yes. Parents receive an email when a session ends, and when a session is moved or cancelled. They can choose which notifications they want.

Yes. Create as many groups as you need — by activity, age, or skill level. Each group can have its own trainers and schedule.

Yes. Personal data is encrypted, access is protected, and the system complies with GDPR. Data can be exported or deleted on request.

Yes. For the first 30 days you use everything with no member limit. After that the free plan is free forever for up to 20 members; if you have more, members over the limit are frozen until you upgrade — nothing is deleted.
